Adoption Nest
Here is were one might find all of the available dragon eggs that can be adopted.
They are grouped by rarity and species (if applicable).
Try not to step on any of them
Some rarer eggs can only be adopted if the adopter is of exemplary mind and thus you could be tested with either a riddle or puzzle before you will be allowed to adopt the egg. Such a riddle or test will be written on a sheet of paper lying near the egg.
Eggs That Have Riddles
All of the eggs listed here require you to solve a riddle (easy or hard) before you can adopt the egg.
Read each parchment carefully.

"Though the Karner Blue is a most beautiful butterfly, it is also highly endangered. Because it is so rare and beautiful, it is highly prized by butterfly collectors. Please visit the Karner Blue Fact Page provided by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Sevice to learn about this endangered butterfly.
The password is the name of the state in the US that this butterfly is most widespread. Make sure to capitalize." |

"Though during morning's light I may show you a faintest blue, at noon-day light I will show you an outright blue. Come sundown I can show you many colors, none of them blue. Can you guess what I am? My name has only three letters, none of which are capitals." |
|
"My name is quite simple to find out if you know your colors well. My main component is a strong color who's complementary color is green. My secondary component is a much lighter color, the color of clouds you see. When you add the two together, I'm sure you will find, that my name has but four letters, none capitalized." |
|
"My name may be a bit hard to figure out, just to give you warning. I am empty, yet I am also full. There is no light around me, yet I keep much light to myself. My name is two words, but do not bother with the space or capitals since I will surely close the space and crush the letters with my unyielding force." |
|
"It is my purpose to light the darkness that surrounds my docile charge. I have many scars upon my cold back from the blows that would certainly have hit that which I protect. It is quite lonely out here... please come and visit me again. My name? It is but four letters, none important enough to capitalize." |
